How I look after your details

Hi, I’m Shaked. Yev Tarler and I run this quiz together, and I look after it day to day. You trusted me with your email, so here is plainly what happens with it.

What I keep

Your first name and email, when you asked for your practice, and where you signed up from. Nothing else. If you said yes to hearing from me, I also keep that yes, when you said it, and which version of the wording you saw. That box is never ticked for you.

What I don’t keep

Your answers, scores and result are worked out right in your browser and used once, to write your email. I don’t save them. The email lands in your inbox, and the email service I use (Brevo) may keep a record of it in its sending logs for a while.

Why I have your email

To send you your practice. If you chose to hear from me, or you tapped the join link in your email and confirmed, I’ll write to you now and then, and every email has an unsubscribe link. Getting your result never depends on joining.

Who helps me

Your details are kept in Google Sheets and handled through Google Apps Script. Emails and my email list run through Brevo, and it can tell me whether an email was opened and which links were clicked. These services may be based outside your country. I never sell your information.

Analytics

Google Analytics only switches on if you tap “Allow analytics”. It sees how the page is used, never your name, email, answers or result. You can change your mind any time with “Analytics settings” on the quiz.

How long I keep it

I keep your email for as long as you’re on my list, or until you ask me to delete it.

You’re in charge

Unsubscribe whenever you like, from any email. To see, fix or delete your details, write to me at shaked@polarity.work and I’ll take care of it.
